The website gives information on equine dentistry in general, and Deborah Atkinson’s services specifically.

I am based in, and work throughout, the North East of Scotland as an Equine Dental Technician (EqDT). I trained at the American school of Equine Dentistry in Alberta, Canada, under the instruction of Dr Raymond Hyde D.V.M. and chose to follow this with a hands-on apprenticeship to ensure a thorough theoretical and practical knowledge of equine dental issues.

My specialist equine dental knowledge is backed by my training and experience as a Veterinary Nurse. Trained at Glasgow Vet School, I have worked at veterinary practices in the North East.

I have been actively involved with horses all my life and compete regularly in all disciplines. I own two Warmbloods, one of which is a home-bred and home-trained gelding who is currently competing successfully at Novice level dressage.
